By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using EazyLead, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use EazyLead.
EazyLead is a Windows (64-bit) desktop software application that finds businesses via Google Maps, enriches their contact details, and sends outreach via WhatsApp and email. The software runs locally on your own computer; lead and history data is stored locally, not on our servers. Our servers only handle the purchase, and the issuance and validation of your license.
We may modify, upgrade, or discontinue features of the software at any time, without materially impairing the core functionality you purchased.
On successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use EazyLead, limited to the maximum number of devices stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The license is issued to a personal, non-transferable license key.
Prices are shown in EUR and are subject to VAT where applicable, at the rate in force under Cyprus law. Payment is processed by third-party providers (PayPal and/or Stripe) — we do not store card details on our own servers.
Our refund policy is set out in full in the separate Refund Policy. As EazyLead is digital content delivered immediately, the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery at checkout, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law N.85(I)/2021.
EazyLead is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted under Cyprus law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, data, or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the software, including the risk of a WhatsApp number being restricted due to reliance on an unofficial API. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Cyprus law (e.g. for fraud or gross negligence).
All intellectual property rights in the software, the website, and their content belong to TKOCY LTD or its licensors. The license grant does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms. In that event you are not entitled to a refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always published on this page with a last-updated date.
